Naerheden shortlisted for the WAN Urban challenge 2018

The project “Naerheden, suburb of the future” has been shortlisted as one of the finalists in the WAN urban challenge 2018 “Reclaiming the streets”. In addition, the project “Bijlmerdreef – The performative street”, got a special mention from the jury.

The WAN urban challenge is organized by World Architecture News in partnership with the NLA in order to create a vision for the future with new ideas which help address a range of current urban problems; traffic congestion, safety, and environmental issues.

Winners of the WAN urban challenge 2018 will be announced on May 8th in the WAN News review.
