De Nieuw Ooster cemetery in Amsterdam (NL) wins the Dutch Golden Pyramid Award for the restoration and renewal of the National Monument De Nieuw Ooster. The project includes the Karres en Brands designed Masterplan, As-burial field and Columbarium.
The Golden Pyramid is the annual state prize for inspiring clients in architecture, urban planning, landscape architecture, infrastructure and spatial planning.
